The first three weeks of the Georgia High School Association 2016 football season has included outstanding games, stellar individual efforts, and surprise starts-both good and bad-for a number of teams. Week 3 saw 19 of 24 Gwinnett County teams in action, 11 that squared off with non-county teams and four games that paired county teams.

Gwinnett county teams posted a 3-8 mark against non-county teams in last week’s action. Buford won big against an out of state team, making the Wolves win the most impressive.
